The luxury home market in the Fort Collins area looks to be over supplied. In a search of active homes in Fort Collins with a list price of $700,000 or higher there are 71 active homes with a high price of $2,500,000, with an average DOM of 205. If you look at sold comps searching back to January there are only 40 solds with a high price of $1,500,000 and an average DOM of 180. So based on these very basic umbers you can see the market is over supplied and we are moving into the slower sale winter months.
