Karen Sothoron has been a professional Realtor since 1996 and has been a Certified Residential Specialist since 1999. She has also been a member of the National REO Brokers Association since 2004. Karen’s partner, Gus Bergstralh, has been licensed since 2004. He is our transaction coordinator and BPO administrator. He is also CDPE certified.
